  • Only eligible products may be returned within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.
  • Only items purchased directly from Kell Beauty's online store are eligible for return.
  • Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
  • Opened items may be subject to a restocking fee (see section 2 for details).
Section 2: Restocking Fee on Opened Items
  • For opened items being returned, a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • The restocking fee helps us cover the costs associated with processing and inspecting returned products, ensuring their quality for future customers.
Section 3: Return Process
  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Experience team by emailing service@kellbeauty.com within seven days of receiving your order.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.
  • Please ensure that the returned items are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
Section 4: Refund Process
  • Once we receive the returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
  • If the items pass the inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Please note that the refund amount may be reduced by the applicable restocking fee for opened items.

Non-Returnable Items

  • For reasons of hygiene and safety, certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to: cosmetics, skin care products, and personal grooming items.
  • We cannot accept returns for gift cards or promotional items unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately.
    • We will assist you in resolving the issue by providing a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and your preference.
